Income Taxes Amendment XThe powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Amendment XVI (Note: There is suspicion that this article was never properly ratified; that not all states fully ratified it before it was declared that all states had ratified it.) The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Articles: Tax Case Juror Tells Her Story! This is an excellent
video of a juror who sat on a criminal income tax case. She tells how the
jury went through an enlightenment process as the trial proceeded. The
prosecution refused to answer the defendant's simple question: "Where is
the law that requires me to file a tax return". The judge was so
obviously impartial that the jury was shocked. He also refused to give
the jury the law that the defendant allegedly had broken (because there
isn't one!). The jury finally figured out what was going on and acquitted
the defendant on all charges. This video could help other wrongly accused

Will the American people lay down until every thread of our Constitutional
Law is broken? Will we wake up to the emergency for which our federal
government has been preparing, to the enforcement of martial law in
difference to the laws of our liberty? A martial law that, through recent
Executive Order and Congressional legislation, our government has been
preparing to provide a network for total control, not respecting the right
of the American people to live by the laws of our Constitution according
to our National Motto for the preservation of our liberty? Will the American people let this happen? It will happen unless we are
able to act to do what is necessary to prevent it. The laws of our United
States Constitution were written under the knowledge that the governments
of men cannot be trusted. If we now trust government to exercise what it
has recently provided by Executive Order and condoned by Congressional
legislation and inaction, the frog in the pot of heating water will be
