Important Principles, enlightening ideas and information:

THE OATH

The Constitution is an inspired Standard of Liberty based upon Rights,
Freedoms, Sovereignty and Independence, and upon preventing government
tyranny. It was deliberately established as the Supreme Law of the Land to
prevent enemies inside our country, and government, from subverting,
circumventing, or overruling it.

In defiance of that Law, and after decades of infiltration, domestic enemies
are passing unconstitutional legislation they will enforce as
Constitutional. E.G. the USA Patriot Act(s), which eliminates the balances
of power, butchers the Bill of Rights, strips anyone of us of all our Rights
at a whim, advances tyranny, opens the door for Martial Law, and grants the
enemies power and immunity.

Never before in American history has there been so great a need for her
Patriots to honor their Oath "...to preserve, protect, and defend the
Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and
domestic..." and that need is growing.
Richard Wilde 2006

Informed Voting Resources

Most of us don't have time to review and evaluate the candidates running for local, state, county or federal offices.  By voting for the "least of two evils", we squander, waste or counter-oppose our vote.

The worst type of campaigning goes on right in front of our eyes: big money to buy our vote with flashy eye glitter, standing on corners waving for your vote, seemingly good promises made which are never intended to be kept, big business agendas leaving the PEOPLE out of the equation, and actual ponzi schemes.  Once in office, the primary goal is to be re-elected instead of working for the cause of freedom and the needs of the people or country.

VoteSmart.org provides the resources to help make an educated decision which will assure a better future for our selves and our children.

Capitol Hill"The Freedom Index" rates congressmen based on their adherence to constitutional principles of limited government, fiscal responsibility, national sovereignty, and a traditional foreign policy of avoiding foreign entanglements.

"The Congressional Freedom Index"

"The Congressional Freedom Index” rates congressmen based on their adherence to constitutional principles of limited government, to fiscal responsibility, to national sovereignty, and to a traditional foreign policy of avoiding foreign entanglements. Preserving our Constitution, the freedoms it guarantees, and the moral bedrock on which it is based is what the word “conservatism” once meant — and how it is being applied here.

To learn how any representative or senator voted on the key measures described herein, look him up in the tables shown. The scores are derived by dividing a congressman’s conservative votes (pluses) by the total number he cast (pluses and minuses) and multiplying by 100. (A “?” indicates that a congressman did not vote. If a congressman cast fewer than five votes in this index, a score is not assigned.)  The average House score for this index (votes 11-20) is a disappointing 30 percent; the average Senate score is an even worse 21 percent. Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) was the only member of either house of Congress to earn a perfect score of 100.  We encourage readers to examine how their own congressmen voted on each of the 10 key measures as well as overall. Our first index for the 109th Congress (votes 1-10) appeared in our August 8, 2005 issue.

We also encourage readers to commend legislators for their conservative votes and to urge improvement where needed. For congressional contact information  go  to http://www.thenewamerican.com/ .

Principles of Liberty

The 28 Great Ideas That are Changing the World:

Source: over 150 volumes of the Founding Fathers' original writings, minutes, letters, biographies, etc. distilled into The Five Thousand Year Leap by W. Cleon Skousen, published by National Center for Constitutional Studies, 1981.

[edited somewhat for clarity]

1. The only reliable basis for sound government and just human relations is Natural Law.

2. A free people cannot survive under a republican constitution unless they remain virtuous and morally strong.

3. Our continued freedom depends on the election of honest and wise men to be our leaders.

4.  The founders believed that religion should be in the government, not the government in religion.

["separation of church and state" is NOT in the Constitution or any other of the founding documents.  This is a misnomer created by liberals to make us believe that God should be removed from the United States of America.  It is taken from a letter written by Thomas Jefferson.  See http://jeremiahproject.com/culture/ch_state.html ]

5. They believed that Divine Providence helped in the creation of our nation.  In other words, they believed that God was with them in the effort and they acknowledge and thanked the Hand of Deity in its formation.

6. They believed that all men are equal.

7. Government's sole role is to protect our equal rights, not to provide equal things.

8. Men are blessed by God with unalienable rights.

9. For protection of those rights, God has given man principles of divine law.

10. The God-given right to govern is vested in the sovereign authority of the whole people.

11. The majority of the people may alter or abolish a government which becomes tyrannical.

12. The United States of America shall be a REPUBLIC. [Not a democracy as we are being brainwashed to believe.   A democracy is mob rule and is only a short step from socialism and communism.]

13. A constitution should be structured to permanently protect the people from the human frailties of their rulers.  [That is why we have checks and balances and separation of powers!]

14. Life and liberty are secure only so long as the right of property is secure.  [Our property rights have been subjugated.  Just try to skip paying your property taxes and see how long you retain "ownership".]

15. The highest level of prosperity occurs when there is a free-market economy and a minimum of government regulations.  [A simple pamphlet contains the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights with a few quotes from our founding fathers.  Our government has run on this information for over two hundred years.  Yet, try reading the IRS tax code, or any other "code" or law.  Each one has thousands of pages!]

16. The government should be separated into three branches - legislative, executive and judicial. [We are witnessing the merger of parts of these branches in that the President is assuming powers not delegated to him.  Also, the judicial courts are pronouncing legislation.  We cannot allow these breaches of power to continue, or we will have no Republic!]

17. A system of checks and balances should be adopted to prevent the abuse of power.  [of eleven checks and balances in the Constitution, almost HALF of them have been subjugated!  Do you see a trend here?]

18. The unalienable rights of the people are most likely to be preserved if the principles of government are set forth in a written constitution. [NOT just a "GD" "piece of paper".]

19. Only limited and carefully defined powers should be delegated to government, all others being retained in the people. [We still have the power to correct the errors.  But our lack of unity and understanding are keeping us divided and in the dark.]

20. Efficiency and dispatch require government to operate according to the will of the majority, but constitutional provisions must be made to protect the rights of the minority.

21. Strong local self-government is the keystone to preserving human freedom.  [Our "local" governments are being consolidated into larger governing bodies because we do not participate in the caucus/mass meetings, we do not study and vote in an educated manner.]

22. A free people should be governed by law and not by the whims of men.  [a "democracy" is governed by the demands of the majority.  This is mob rule.  Law protects the innocent and the minority.  When law is set aside to "justify the means to an end", we have lost our "rule of law".]

23. A free society cannot survive as a republic without a broad program of general education.  [The education we are talking about here is to learn and understand the principles of the founding of America, the Constitution and the rights and freedoms it was designed to protect!  Not the public school systems.  The public schools are being used to indoctrinate our children into submitting to the world government mentality.]

24. A free people will not survive unless they stay strong.  {We must remain strong in our understanding and commitment to the Constitution and its defense!  The "right to keep and bear arms" was given to keep the monster from breaking out of its cage and eating us and our freedoms.]

25. "Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations - entangling alliances with none."   [Unfortunately, we have allowed our Congress and President to ENTANGLE our nation in: many foreign wars and "conflicts"; and Treaties/alliances that are undermining our sovereignty and our Constitution provision to defend our nation, not to preemptively strike other sovereign nations .  Examples are:  Iraq, NATO, NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, WTO, FTAA, ICC, IMF, SPP, NAU, etc., etc., etc.  Each of these reduces or eliminates a portion of our sovereignty, our rights, ouir strength and our borders.]

26. The core unit which determines the strength of any society is the family; therefore, the government should foster and protect its integrity.  [The definition of the traditional family has been blurred and even turned upside down from how the Bible and God define it: a man and a woman in the bonds of marriage.]

27. The burden of debt is as destructive to freedom as subjugation by conquest.   [We have been duped into believing that credit is the solution to achieving the American Dream.  Yet, the economy is completely controlled and manipulated by the Federal Reserve System, which is not a Constitutional government agency.  It is a private corporation (central bank) which is never audited and which has no accountability to Congress or the People.  The interest rate can be adjusted at the whims of those in control.  Our tangible and Constitutional money (gold and silver) has been stolen and we have been given cheap copper clad coins and fiat money (paper of no real value) in its place.  Further, we are taxed into oblivion and as a nation we are now in dire financial straights.  We are fast becoming a THIRD WORLD country.  Already, we are one of the largest DEBTOR nations in the world due to this diabolic system.]

28. The United States has a manifest destiny to be an example and a blessing to the entire human race.  [Who else has the rights, knowledge and power to help save others in bondage?  If we do not unite and stop the insanity, we will all be slaves with no one left but God, to save us from the evil world masters.]

The so-called USA PATRIOT Act

If I fight for my God-given, Constitutional rights, am I a TERRORIST?  Under this "law" I could be.

The so-called "USA PATRIOT" Act ....

Calling this Act the name "USA PATRIOT Act" is an effort to DECEIVE the Congress and the people of the United States.  As you can read below, the name is derived from part of the “Short Title”:

Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT ACT) Act of 2001”.

(See a copy of the first section below.)

There is nothing PATRIOTIC about the PATRIOT Act.  True, it is a catchy acronym, and in some ways appears to provide an important function for the preservation of America, but the insidiousness of what it does to our privacy Rights including the Bill of Rights and Constitution are appalling and would be considered treasonous by the Founding Fathers.  Just because Congress votes for a law, does not make it a "good" law.  Where are our morals and respect to God and the Constitution?

All the “Tools” we need were provided in the foundation of this nation.  The Founders were well aware of Terrorism.  They faced it from the British and their allies prior to and during the Revolutionary War.  We need to be VERY CAUTIOUS AND DUBIOUS of the rights and powers our Representatives are attempting to GIVE AWAY, restrict or destroy.  The outcry and fear that arose from the wicked 9/11 attack created a knee-jerk reaction by our Congress, other  government leaders and the People.  Our Congress voted for this piece of legislation WITHOUT having READ IT!  In fact, the main EXCUSE for it not being read was that it hadn't been completely PRINTED when Congress was asked to VOTE for it!  What kind of insanity is this?  Our FREEDOMS are at stake here!

This was part of the PLAN to get it implemented.  In fact, the so-called PATRIOT Act was completely written BEFORE 9/11!!!

The "purpe-traitors" had prepared the text of this ignominious work long before 9/11.  They tried to get it passed during other bombings of the World Trade Center and other sites.  They finally had to come up with something BIG ENOUGH for the Congress and the People to KNUCKLE UNDER to this incisive blade, which would CUT into our rights and privacy, a major road block to the new world order.

One has simply to read the Communist Manifesto and the writings of Karl Marx, Joseph Stalin and others, to recognize that a frontal attack against the FREE NATION created by the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, would not be easy to fulfill.  Therefore, they would have to attack our nation from WITHIN!  That is precisely the reason we need to know why legislation of this type is being pushed upon us.

There are many other legislative “ACTS” that have been AND will be perpetrated upon us.  Take for instance, the Federal Reserve ACT.  It has cost us the primary control of OUR money and it’s VALUE.  We now use worthless Federal Reserve "Notes" instead of Gold and Silver COINS as proscribed (required) by the Constitution.

Might I mention, that a $20 Gold coin from pre-1928, is now valued between $680 and $11,950?!!!!!  The average value is approximately $680 to $1300.00!!!  Are we having inflation anyone?  And for Silver coins: A silver Dollar is worth anywhere from $5.00 to $8000 current US "Federal Reserve" Dollars!!!  The average value of a silver dollar today is from three times the face value and Up.  An average silver dollar now goes for $10 to $15.00.  The value also depends greatly upon the date, metal composition, condition, quantity minted and type.

Copied below is the official introduction to the so-called PATRIOT ACT:

After reviewing acknowledgments of God from all 50 state constitutions, one is faced with the prospect that maybe, the ACLU and the out-of-control federal courts are wrong! If you found this to be 'Food for thought' send to as many as you think will be enlightened as I hope you were.
