Federal Courts Abide by the Constitution

On
March 7th, 2006 Delegate Don Dwyer of the Maryland House of Delegates
sponsored a Bill to remove a Maryland Judge for violating her oath of

There is a similar provision in the United
States Constitution. Article III, Section 1, Paragraph 1 states that
Federal Judges hold their office “during good behavior”. This is the means
by which we propose to remove renegade Federal Judges.
